QUESTION: how long has it been since I've done an outfit post?
ANSWER: too long!!

This outfit is one of my favorites, and it is so perfect for summer, so let me share with you where it's all from!

My wonderful Kryn and I had a sleepover yesterday, and it was filled with MarioKart, donuts, taking embarrassing videos, talking till 2 am, and of course, pictures!
I'll be leaving in 3 days for Germany, and I'm going to miss this beautiful girl so much!! Everything is ten times more fun when she is around! 

Spring colors

Okay guys, ready to talk fashion?!

I don't know about you, but when I think of spring, I think of pastels. Sure, bright colors are awesome too, but I never find myself wearing bright colors. I'm more of a mute colored person.

So this year, I'm kind of in love with muted pink and purple, and Essie helps me out with that! These are my 3 favorite nail polishes (from left to right: mint candy apple, mademoiselle, lilacism), and Essie is my favorite brand because they have such a variety of colors! Every shade of anything, they've got it.

Also, florals! In spring, you must wear florals. It just makes sense, since the flowers are blooming and all. This dress is from Tilly's, the cardigan is from Target (aka heaven on earth), and the bow is from Claire's.

Another thing I love to wear in the spring are flower crowns. They're pretty in right now, and perfect for photo shoots! (my sister was wearing one in this post)

That's all I have to say for now, thank you for being patient while I pretend I'm fashionable!

Because without it, I'd have no idea what to do for my Easter outfit.

So basically, my whole outfit right here is from Target.

Anyway, let's try to remember not to focus too much on the eggs, candy, and cute little bunnies. Jesus died for all of us on the cross, because he loved us. That, my friends, is what we need to remember.

Yesterday we went to some little shops in the afternoon. I love shopping in boutiques, because the stuff you find there isn't like anything you find in regular stores. They're so unique!
Rachel (my sister) and I went into a store called Hello B, it was so cute. I loved every single thing! But then, I looked at some price tags...

This dress right here, $95! My heart dropped. I fell in love with it as soon as I saw it, too bad it's so outrageously overpriced. But isn't it gorgeous?!

And these shoes would go so well with it! They are adorable.

See, you just don't find these types of things in just any store. I went to just about every shop we saw and nothing was like this one.

Oh well, perhaps we'll go back when I have some more cash in my wallet. But depending on how much I spend at Target (aka heaven), I have no idea when that will be.

So to sum up this entire post: boutiques are amazing and you need to go find one.
